I doubt Hunter called up Boxingscene just to tell them that. He was asked a question and responded.

I been saying this since this weekend. And the only way you disagree with anything Hunter said is if you have GGG's balls firmly planted on your forehead.

BTW, haven't read one comment yet. But I guarantee you GGG's fanboys are making the; Ward is only talking cause GGG has an opponent, Ward needs to move up, Ward is boring, Chavez Jr is a bigger draw, blah, blah, blah.

Golovkin said that he isn't moving up until he cleans out the middle weight division,he never said that if the right opportunity presented itself,so he closed the window on himself and I'm just holding him accountable for that statement.By the way from a financial point of view when Ward offered to fight Golovkin that was the most lucrative fight available at the time.

hmmm lets see never? stevenson said he would fight him at 168. the same exact thing dawson just did but ward turned him down to fight rodriguez lol. he's a joke.

I know how hard it must be when your friend is not invited to a party, the last time my family refused to invite my brother to a quinceanera was because everyone thinks he is too loud when he is drunk and fights too much, Ward however has the opposite problem, no one knows him and he doesn't fight enough, maybe he should drink like my brother...
Maybe Dana White might have a contract at the ready for Ward, since he loves wrasslin that much?

He misinterpreted what I meant, clearly!
I said Floyd can beat opponents much bigger than him regardless of weight division and that Ward doesn't have anywhere near the same skill-set as Floyd because Ward uses his weight advantages predominately in all of his fights with the constant clinching/wrasslin and pushing people back.

Virgil is right, they would definitely be picking and choosing if that fight got made....Ward is THEE champ but nobody wants his title.....damn, gotta give Ward a boogeyman hat!!....he's definitely the boogeyman of 168!!
Andre Ward on fighting Chavez Jr: "I think Chavez Jr is a tremendous talent. I think that's a 'now' pay-per-view" Andre Ward on possible Froch vs Chavez Jr fight: "Froch cashing out. Wants weak link Chavez". And now his trainer says GGG is "choosing and picking". When Ward wanted to fight Chavez wasn't he "choosing and picking"?

bradley isnt slick, nd he goes after his toughest opponent, go figure...

Yip and that is why Bradley should probably be rated higher than Andre Ward in P4P ranking.

Sounds like a duck.. especially after his camp was talking about he is willing to fight anyone from 154-168.

I'm used Canelo's weight as a reference of how supremely foolish it is too say that Ward only wins by fighting with a huge weight advantage, when Canelo who fights two divisions lower than him re hydrates to the same weight.I never said that Canelo in any way had a weight advantage in the Trout fight.
