Honestly why would they want to fight a guy coming off 2 losses? I. would like to see the fight but a win for Ruslan over over Rios doesn't mean much. He should be calling for the Bradley-Pac winner.

Even the loser of the Tim-Pac fight does more for Ruslan than Rios

          Weak from Team Provodnikov.

They're trying to protect him in the hope of a Pacquiao or Marquez fight in the Fall.

Well it's a lot better than fighting DeMarco that's for sure, at least he adds a "name" fighter to his resume.

Disappointing. It would've been one hell of a matchup.

                  Do you prefer DeMarco?

Ruslan is stuck on Top Rank and the limited stable of elite fighters are all tied up right now. Brandon Rios isn't the best fight but at least it's a name and a fan friendly fight.
