    Lance Pugmire ***8207;@latimespugmire 5m

@BobArum tells me the head of the WBO has told him he's going to offer Vasyl Lomachenko a fight for the vacant featherweight title.

    How is this justifiable...
Not his problem personally, I guess most guys would take chances like that, but it is BS and I would wager a lot of people wouldnt be happy if that happened.

Not very fair but Boxing's not fair.

I doubt he keeps it for long any way unless he holds it hostage.

The guy is frankly just not that good.

Eh, I've seen enough to know he's not special, yet. Cong**** to him on the record.. If he does break it.. Assuming that'd be a record for shortest amount of fights needed to become a world champion

            Amen.

Then people wonder why we dont like this guy. I mean, he literally just failed to snatch this belt.

Well he was robbed of the W over Salido, so in a sense fair play.

If at first you dont succeed...

We're about to have ourselves another fraud in our hands. If he's fighting for the vacant belt I doubt he fights anyone legit.

Feed his ass to Rigo at 126 for the WBO.

No problem with me, Lomachenko fought a cheater, Loma could have pulled out of the fight when dude didn't make weight instead he honored it, Salido was huge on that night.

I would like to see Loma vs. Russel Jr for the title.

Loma impressed me though if it was a 15 round fight he would have stopped Salido, Salido had the gi joe kung fu grip though during the last two rounds.

Loma withstood a crazy body attack and low blows, I think his father wanted him to pace himself because they never fought 12 rounds, that was the mistake he should have went on the attack earlier instead of the last two rounds.
