Sturm is a maybe as Sturm didn't sign with Macklin after having previously worked it out and Soliman announced this week that they were getting it off.
Quillin, guess he didn't want a title fight at home
P1 visas are event and date spcific so you can't really apply for one until a fight is kinda lined up, but from the sounds of it Murray spoke to the US embassy last year in the hopes of expediting the process when and if it does become necessary.
It does make US fights problematic for both sides, but can be worked around - I'd recommend K2/HBO making sure they had a second choice on standby, however

Hard to say what the real story is, but clearly all has not been well between Murray and Hatton. There was apparently an approach made for Monacco as well, but given Murrays poor form in his comeback fight against Khomitsky I don't think he should be blamed for wanting another build up (which in the event didn't happen either).
Whatever the issues, Murray certainly needs to something to get his career back on track - he's essentially now close to losing all the momentum and opportunities gained from the Maravilla fight, and really just needs to get back in the ring.

Solid logic
Also he had that regular title shot lined up before the WBA nixed that and Quillin/GBP offer to fight in England?
I wouldn't say he was shielded from them. He fought twice for the title and had at least 2 more opportunities while with Hatton

Hatton Promotions are in the dghouse. Theyve been losing fighters since they lost the Sky deal and havent put on a show in fookin ages. By all accounts Richard Poxon (director of boxing at Hatton Promotions) is a complete **** and impossible to work with. Murray had to leave them.
Why so much hate for the guy?
Great reading the PR by HP.***10;The reason I left was cuz of them failing to deliver fights & a certain member of their team.Using management as
