Stevenson has never been paid $1 million for a fight. Now, he thinks he will be able to command two or three times that amount for a Kovalev fight. He is seriously delusional and will end up fighting on Friday Night Fights for $50,000 if he doesn't wake up and get some common sense.

Don't blame him for wanting some good coin fighting Kovalev, but yes, he's deluded.

This fight doesn't have nearly the same buzz as Danny/Lucas.

But, I do think he deserves $1 million for fighting Kovalev. As does Kovalev.

Stevenson and Kovalev both deserve twice as much each. These fighters risk their lives for our entertainment, they should be compensated fairly for such an endeavor.

Its a big fight and im sure its worth a lot of money to both of them (I have no idea how much) but I don't think HBO can justify crazy purses based off mistakes they made in the past.
