Will Danny Garcia carry his power to 147?

Dude you can't seriously have just compared Froch to Garcia.

Garcia is a good boxer, and that's all he needs, maybe his chin will be less durable at the weight but if it can hold up I believe he will still be able to KO the likes of Broner, Ortiz and some others aswell.

I think he would carry his power up to WW. I would like to see Swift fight Paulie or the Ghost at 147 or maybe even a Khan rematch would be cool.

Fair enough. Do you think he's more cerebral than guys like Marquez, Malignaggi or Collazo? Do you think he is durable enough and carries enough power to trade with Maidana, Rios, Ruslan or Thurman? Just curious, not trying to bust your balls

I think he could max out at Marquez level in terms of ring IQ. Smarter than Malignaggi. Collazo I'm not too familiar with even though I picked him to whoop Ortiz d-list celebrity playing azz.

He's definitely durable enough to take the power of those guys. Trading with them as a tactic would be foolish given the fact that Garcia is multi-faceted enough to have other options.

Maidana is too vulnerable to bodyshots, and Garcia is a good bodypuncher. Even though I picked Maidana to upset Broner, his rebirth in the 147 division has largely been smoke and mirrors. Karass, Lopez, and Broner were good fighters but by no means elite. Broner especially was an overrated hype job. Someone with the craft of Garcia would be too much for the crude Maidana

I'd pick D Garcia to outbox Thurman.
