It was actually invented by Floyd. He's the one that says he takes the fights with the least risk. Anything you can say after that statement by Mr. Fraud himself is BS. In his own words, he fights to make money, not to risk getting his ass beaten. That's all fine and dandy, but dont come here saying he's some all time great when he avoids the best boxers out there.
This Floyd "ducking people" thing was invented by Bob Arum

There was a period where you could arguably say he didn't fight the best at that time. When he fought Gatti - Judah - Mitchell - Baldomir there was Hatton/Tszyu, Cotto, Margarito all better fighters. He did fight Hatton at 147 and Cotto later on but this would have been the best/most credible period to fight any of them.
Since 2009 his competition outside of Ortiz I don't think you could argue with. Lara and Pacquiao are the two that I think are missing (Lara because he would be the first real 'boxer' Floyd will have fought maybe ever.Comment

At 3 min 40 secs:
Skip Bayless: "Did Floyd duck Manny Pacquaio?"
50 cent: "Yes, thats a 100 millon dollars and he just left it."
Skip Bayless: "How much did Floyd fear Pacquaio?:
50 cent: "He's not afraid of Pacquaio or any fighter . It's more of him saying 'who do i have to fight?'. It's more of him sorting out the perfect opponent than him fighting the toughest fighter to fight...and how do you stretch out how many wins on your actual record."Comment
