Floyd vs Ward. They don't want to see that. Even though it would be PFP 1 vs 2. Which is the excuse they used to justify fighting Marquez. "But he's the #2 PFP fighter in the world, that's a big challenge for anyone.". Mention Floyd vs ward though, and 1 vs 2 becomes a moot point. Then it becomes, "you just want Floyd to fight bigger guys so he can lose". Floyd vs guy 2 divisions lower, OK. Floyd go up 2 divisions, not OK.

Because the weight/size difference between Ward is VERY obvious to anyone that's not a fool. It's an amazing fantasy match-up however. The most intriguing match-up of the decade, maybe even two decades.

And then keep in mind, the guys in lower weight classes, like 140 lbs, actually come into fight night weighing more than Floyd does on fight night @ 147 lbs. A number of them even walk around heavier than Floyd.

You bring Manny into every conversation lol.. This is about Floyd... I said Floyd had a good resume early in his career. I never said he wouldn't have been a good opponent for May weather after the KO.. Marquez knew he would have to take random testing and he dont want any part of that lol. And I never said Marquez was a bum, but he did have to come up 2 weight classes. Like Floyd going up to 168 and fighting Ward and losing. Would he be a bum?

The comparison is not the same because Marquez comes in higher on fight night than the weigh-in. Pacquaio used to do the same thing, coming into fight night a nice 10 lbs heavier.

With Ward vs. Floyd, we know that Floyd reaches 151 lbs at best. Meanwhile, Ward would add on weight after coming in @ 168 lbs.

Obviously not, because he didn't outweigh him by 10 lbs. Now you can argue that he was bigger, yeah. But he wasn't substantially bigger. We are talking about a few pounds heavier.

With Andre Ward, you're talking about potentially a 30 lb difference on fight night. It's way different. But carry on with your fantasies.

Bradley ones upon a time really was eager to measure his skills vs mayweather and said that on tape. Some time after when asked about it he very openly and genuinely had to admit that the way things were him being at TR/HBO...THERE WAS NO CHANCE OF THAT FIGHT HAPPENING!! this was even before the extension.

Some pacman fans like to talk fantasy and simplistic it seems. Everyone with half a brain knows that the problem is obvious that there is a cold war whether you like it or not. Even experts who know more about the game and the politics have blatantly come out and have called it as it is A COLD WAR!!! Espinoza also said that the only way is pacman coming to the other side.

So what do you want fighters/promotions to tell you? Do you want them to tell ya with a big smile that that they are building a stadium or that they are giving 18M away(IRS=charity)?

what i see at showtime is that there is a new policy anyone fights anyone and if your complaining or trying to avoid tough fights you will be dealt with. guerrero didnt want a tough fight and he is on the shelf. d.garcia had to fight mathyse. floyd had to fight a heavier undefeated opponent in canelo. The culture at showtime isnt a ducking culture IMO, but there is a coldwar so the mayweathers and the likes keep it real and speak about it. because thats where the real problem lies.

I guess with floyds nuts glued to your face, it would be hard to see the drastic size difference between Marquez and Floyd. The difference was tremendous. Only clowns like you try to downplay it. and this is exactly what you guys said,
