Hopkins was an average USBA champion/middleweight top-10 then.

Hopkins was a top rated Middleweight and both he and Jones can now look back on their ATG careers. Live with it or take your Prozac.

Hopkins was the 8th ranked contender in the world. Very good but not particularly good. This is a fact. Get over it.

Eubank is a really good fighter. I believe what he says but if he could do it I doubt it.

Fighters who are "not particularly good" do not go on to become ATG's you ******!

'ATG' is subjective nonsense. In hindsight maybe he was better than we thought at the time, but I actually lived through that time as a boxing nut and Hopkins was just a body. In fact he was just a body until he fought Trinidad.

The guy is overrated since Trinidad. Who has he beat? Nobody. Lost twice to Jermain Taylor, the first particularly good fighter he fought in 12 years. Lost to an old Calzaghe, looked **** against an old Winky and shot Jones. Quit against Dawson, and faked injury also against Calzagne and Jones - hardly the sign of a great fighter, is it? The great fighters of the past were turning in their graves.
