He wasn't fighting guys that needed to move up to fight him. He'd meet them from 147-160.

Excuses Excuses Excuses. Either he's the most feared man at 160 or he isn't. You claim Quillin won't fight you. You claim Sergio won't fight you. You claim Sturm won't fight you. WHO ARE YOU WAITING FOR ???????????????????????????????????????? MOVE THE **** UP! These guys just want to stay at 160, stay undefeated and keep him from looking bad or losing against an opponent for as long as they possibly can, so that when they do decide to move up the Carl Froch's, Bika's, Dirrell's and Ward's will be long gone so they can give you these exact same excuses at 168. They're waiting for the threats to move up so that they can move up.

Golovkin has no choice other than moves up and fight some legit guys.

Well Golovkin is promoted by the K brothers who work out of Germany so I wouldn't see why this fight with Sturm couldn't be made in Germany.
Quillin is tied to Showtime, but with Golden Boy trying to rebuild that relationship with HBO, it could be a way to get back with HBO. A Quilling/Golovkin fight.
And if Sergio doesn't want a part of Golovkin that's on him, but Golovkin should at least attempt to get the fight after Martinez beats Cotto.

And again if he moves up to 168 there is no guarantee he fights Ward right away. Ward is in dispute with his own promoter
