Agreed, i think timmy obviously took the easy way out. at GBP he has more fighters and better/tougher opponents and he would have to fight 2 or 3 of them, at Top rank he has Provo, rios and alvarado..

What the hell is Bradley on?

There is absolutely no doubt he would have gotten the Mayweather fight, probably no later than September, 2014.

At Top Rank he has a bunch of rematches and trilogies to finish off his career. Over at Golden Boy he would have had Mayweather (biggest payday of his career and a shot at the king), Danny Garcia, Thurman, Porter, Khan, Maidana, and Broner. What was this guy thinking?

Its extremely naive to think Bradley would have just walked into a fight with Floyd. Floyd has not chosen an opponent like BRadley since Mosely in terms of marketability and at least Mosely had a name.

Why would Floyd all of a sudden fight him? He's one of the toughest sells there is and Bradley would want more than 5-6 million. This is not how Floyd does business.

Shane Mosley once said he would go to 140 to fight Pacquiao.

Martinez can't make 154 healthy anymore than Mosley could have made 140.

Bradley's management surely wouldn't let him sign with GBP as a free agent without a guaranteed floyd fight. Same way they didn't sign with TR without a guaranteed Manny fight.

If Bradley didn't get that fight or the money he wanted, he wouldn't sign.

Even GB can't guarantee Floyd will fight bradley. So no one can fault Bradley for taking up TR's lifetime offer of financial security. It's way better than what Khan, Garcia, Ortiz, or anyone over at GB will be getting.

They don't need to build Garcia vs Mayweather. If Garcia wanted that fight it could would happen now and make a lot of money. The reason why it's not happening is because Garcia and his team don't want the fight at this time. Garcia's father has said this publicly.

If Bradley was an option, GBP would make the fight. There is no reason why they wouldn't.

Bradley would have gotten the Floyd fight if he had signed with GBP. He would have been the best and most lucrative option and that is what Floyd always picks. The best available, realistic(no promotional feuds) option.

Good for Bradley I guess? Pacquiao rematch, Marquez rematch, Provodnikov rematch. Maybe fights Rios too? I mean we know Bradley, Pac, Marquez will retire fighting each other several times, what is the fun in that?

Bradley will get mopped next fight then lose whichever rematch he takes and his stock will drop. Im not sold on him, he's ok but he's not a beast like some make it seem. He wouldn't be a threat to Floyd if the fight was made so he basically protected his 0 and kept his stock up a little bit longer.

                      That's ridiculous.

Bradley has been in PPV fights, and won, against Juan Manuel Marquez and Manny Pacquiao. He's also an undefeated American who would play the good family guy (with a little mean streak) to Floyd's villain persona in the build up. The fight would sell.
