Random drug testing was worked out, I'm sure it was in the contract. But what agency they used probably wasn't. Arum probably worded the contract exactly like he worded the contract for Marquez vs. Bradley. That way NSAC could be used instead of VADA or USADA.

Bradley probably tried to fight it, but he doesn't have the leverage to fight it too much because he's not a big draw fighter. And he's not going to get this nice payday fighting anyone else at Top Rank. Beggers can't be choosers.

Makes sense they would agree on testing, but not picking the agency? That's a lot of assuming on your part, I think Tim would of learned his lesson from the JMM fight and get it in writing. He probably did learn his lesson, but again, he has little leverage. He's not the draw. So he has to bow down to certain things if he wants the payday. And he knows he's not getting that same payday fighting anyone else at Top Rank. Bradley can't fight things that much cause he has little leverage.

Keep in mind, to even get the fight, he also had to agree to a contract extension with Top Rank. Why? Because he has little leverage.

Random drug testing is not year-round. Random drug testing is just randomly done within a giving window, whether it's within a week, a few months, or an entire calendar year.

But you can argue that OLYMPIC style testing is really year-round random testing. And you can argue that it's pointless to have it in boxing just for training camp. But I disagree. I think it's effective. It's not the best or most ideal, but it has it's purpose and is DEFINITELY better than doing nothing.

One fight that didn't have random drug testing, we saw a guy almost get murdered by another guy. Next fight, there is random drug testing and suddenly that guy with murdering power doesn't have it anymore. But hey, you can believe it's pointless. I think it's only pointless if the opponent is not undergoing the same thing.

They didn't change it. They do in-competition testing and out-of-competition testing. It can be one of the two, or BOTH.

Random testing is year round. There is no off season for PEDs. if you're not doing year round, its pointless.
