Bob Arum is NOT really a fan of VADA. He only used them because the fight was being held in China. NSAC has no authority over there, they are only a state authority. When it came to Bradley vs. Marquez, Arum made them use NSAC's random drug testing program.

Arum wasn't obligated to use any testing at all for the Macao fight. NSAC not having any authority over there is irrelevant. If he wasn't a fan of VADA, he simply wouldn't have had any testing for the fight.

Arum only went for NSAC random testing for Bradley vs JMM because JMM and Memo heredia were being faggots about not wanting to use VADA. It was a compromise just to get the fight done. Also, when Rigo was being a faggot about wanting to use USADA for the Donaire fight in the last minute, Arum took the final stand and told him it was going to be VADA or the fight is off. He also had no complaints when Rigo ended up wanting VADA for the Agbeko fight. No objections when Bradley wanted it for Provo either.

What evidence is there that he's not a fan of it? He's made no negative public statements about it like he has for USADA. If anything, he's a fan of it because VADA is anti-Mayweather/USADA/GB in a sense.

That is incorrect. Arum has definitely made negative remarks about VADA. Not negative in the sense you may think, but negative in that he doesn't believe they should be doing the testing. With Rigo, keep in mind that fight wasn't in Nevada. Anyway, Arum believes NSAC should be doing random drug testing in boxing instead of VADA and/or USADA.

Random drug testing was worked out, I'm sure it was in the contract. But what agency they used probably wasn't. Arum probably worded the contract exactly like he worded the contract for Marquez vs. Bradley. That way NSAC could be used instead of VADA or USADA.

Bradley probably tried to fight it, but he doesn't have the leverage to fight it too much because he's not a big draw fighter. And he's not going to get this nice payday fighting anyone else at Top Rank. Beggers can't be choosers.
