Are people still doubting Pacquiao's boxing skills?

I have always said Pacman has underrated boxing skills, his problem is he gets bored in the ring due to his outside activities, and his power and chin are overrated.

He was never hit flush at welterweight until JMM hit him in the 4th fight.

1) floyd pressured judah, every round he came forward and was consistenly thorwing, backing up judah, plenty of moments with judah on a corner and being teed off on the inside, when he threw a punch he fell forward and stood there, not boxing

2) if pacquiao didn't outbox bradley and it was just a handspeed advantage, then floyd never outboxed anyone either, it is just a handspeed and lenght advantage

3)ortiz is slow, guerrero is VERY slow

4) pacquiao isn't the type to sit back and have a potshot match, but he can potshot marquez to all hell as shown in the 3rd and 4th with lead lefts, but he is always looking to land something bigger

Ok, let's just agree to disagree. Point #4 shows that you are too big a Manny fan to be reasoned with. So Manny could have potshotted Marquez and shut him out in the 3rd and 4th fights, but didn't because he is too much of a warrior for that and/or he wanted to give Marquez a fair chance? I know Rios is not a good boxer but he is a high ranked former champion. The way Pacquiao often hit him with a 4 or 5 punch combination with all the punches landing clean and Rios unable to hit him at all in return was very impressive to me. Mayweather is one of a very few other fighters that can do that. But even Mayweather limits it to 2 or 3 punches in a row and then stops.

The problem with landing on Manny flush usually means Manny has a chance to hit you flush. He does not give a **** where he is in the ring at times and WILL get that left glove on your face.

But it also has something to do with Ring IQ, does it not? Maybe the other 2 fighters didn't come in with the "heavy 1-2" because they're smart enough to know not to over commit.....just a thought.
