      Hmm. It's close.

      I'll go Cotto. His 140 career is just as good, and his welterweight record is better. Obviously I'm not counting Pacquiao for Bradley.

        I agree, Bradley's victory over Marquez stands out. I don't think Bradley beat Manny in the first fight. If Bradley beats Manny this time, his resume is clearly better than Cotto's.

              Cotto's win over a primish Sugar Shane is better than anything Bradley's done.

              Bradley didn't beat Pac.

              Overall resume wise, Cotto gets the nod. I really don't know how to factor in losses though. That could be in Bradley's favor.

                  Bradley's win against Marquez is as good as Cotto's Mosley win IMO.

                  I don't think Cotto's losses matter much, because his wins are good enough where the losses don't enter the argument.
