Clearly, when Sanchez says Ward has got to stop treating GGG as "the opponent" he's talking about money, not respect.
A year down the line, if their plans work out, GGG will be linear middleweight champ and a world-wide star. He would then be entitled to expect a 50/50 split of the purse for fighting Ward.
Sanchez does not want GGG to move up to sm and take on Ward for anything less than 50/50, and I don't blame him for that.

If Martinez beats Cotto which I expect, then GGG knocks out Martinez ,which he could do, then you make The GGG -Ward fight. These kind of fights need a buildup and GGG needs to be the lineal champ at middleweight first.
