    cotto's such a coward.

now you guys, you guys behind these keyboards slinging mud, you guys, ***n warriors.

cotto, pac, floyd and every other guy who ever asked for a catchweight in history should look for guidance on how to be a real, studly man, like the OP.

    now, go *** off.

But the thing is, the catchweight was there and thus Floyd never truly beat Canelo at 154, no matter what you think would happen. You can't give him a fantasy victory

This is why catchweights attract so much criticism.

Pacquiao isn't getting credit for beating Cotto at 147
Mayweather Jr isn't getting credit for Canelo at 154

Just fight at 160...play mind games elsewhere. Lineal title fights need to be at their proper weights..

Cotto recently was enterviewed by espndeportes Julio Cesar Chaves Vr. and he said that the 2 lbs made a difference in the paquiao fight. Every time he gets ask why he lost the paquiao fight he bring up the catch weight of 145 lbs. It does't matter if is one 1 lb or 3 lbs, it's still wrong to critisize other fighters when you know you are the one asking for catch weight.

you talk in absolutes, and that's ******. get that. pac GETS credit for beating cotto like floyd gets FULL credit for beating canelo. they AGREED to terms. are men this cotdamn soft and ****** that they can't be held to their OWN terms.

          grow the fak up.

if you have two eyes, you can PLAINLY see that weight had nothing to do with the floyd whitewash of canelo, canelo could have come in weighing 170 that prior friday and just missed shots on floyd with more gusto.

says you these two victors don't get credit for wins after negotiations have ceased, gtfoh

If you have two eyes, go re-read my post. Where did I say Floyd/Pac get no credit at all? That's talking absolutes there my friend. If you want to claim Floyd/Pac get credit for beating Canelo/Cotto at 154/147, then thats up to you...but most people would disagree because of the catchweight. They get credit for beating them at 145 and 152. If I were Cotto or Canelo, 2lb isn't a big deal for the money i'd be getting. But in terms of analysis of those fights, we don't have to care about the reasoning for the agreements, we have look at the fights WITH a catchweight and not fantasy.

I couldn't read the rest of your post

And? He is entitled to make any demands he wishes. He is the PPV star here and he is the one moving up. If Martinez is ducking fighters in his own division this what he must tolerate and accept.

like the margarito 153 catchweight, I don't see the point. 159 is no problem and gives cotto no edge.
