Its cool if you want to see GGG fight. I get that. But everything you've ever posted about competitiveness of fights and quality of opposition is at play here.
Lee's lucky that the ref jumped in when he did aswell otherwise Chavez would have done even more damage and probably a high light reel KO.

The whole reason you said that about Chavez was to give the impression Lee wasn't on his level, but it wasn't true, he was more than competitive against a guy with everything stacked in his favour.

Golovkin v Lee is a decent fight, and pretty good option given the lack of alternatives.

      And it's not boxing either.
Thanks to the ref. He's lucky the ref was pitying him there.

Golovkin-Lee is not a decent fight it's a complete miss match.

"mismatch", but if you feel that way, then perhaps you should miss match.

Weebler you are drowning here buddy.

There is NO harm in saying a Lee fight is beneath GGG. It doesnt make GGG's skills or ceiling any lower. Its simply not a competitive fight and we should expect more.

If fans keep rationalizing that medicore matchups are warranted, then crappy matchmaking will only continue.

Oh no I'll definitely be watching.

Can't wait to see Lee get splattered. No way this fight goes 6 Rounds, doubt it goes 3. Like I said I wouldn't be at all surprised if it doesn't last a Round.

It is most definitely a mismatch though. I'm not sure why you're trying to defend it to be honest but then again I know you like Golovkin.

Again, semantics. Even if he was competitive-he still lost by KO to a man who is VASTLY inferior to GGG in everyway except his dad is a better boxer than GGG's dad.

If made, Lee has no chance to win. If GGG is as good as you and others say he is, and I think he is, then this fight can't be considered decent.

Andy Lee is getting this fight because he will fill the theatre with loud, drunken fans. No more, no less.

Yeah, he was. Lee had the benefit of it being Chavez Jr. Think GGG is gonna come in unfocused, uninterested and with no gameplan?

I get that Weebler likes GGG but this is the kind of fight he has been very criticl of when other fighters are involved.

The second Golovkin touches him he's in trouble.

He can end it when he wants.

I was certain that Golovkin would end Macklin in 6 or under. I'm about 10 times more positive that Lee will suffer the same fate.

This is the third time I've seen you say this Do you not like Lee then? Can't say I'm a massive fan but he strikes me as a fairly decent bloke when interviewed.

It's a side-issue to what we're talking about but I don't think Golovkin v Chavez is as much of a mismatch as some make it out to be, ditto Chavez v Froch and Ward. The guy is hated and I think that's led to a certain level of underrating, he's a unit at the weight and has more skill than given credit for.

You're acting like Golovkin can get an A+ opponent. He can't, he can't even secure a B+ like a Geale or Murray. Against that background, this is a decent bout imo. Will Lee get stopped? possibly/probably, but the same would be predicted for most of the division.

Is it? When else did I say it? Not in this thread did I?

And no I don't like him, I dislike him. But that has no bearing on my prediction, Golovkin will kill Lee.
