Golovkin had problems with in a legal battle with Universum until 2012. he didn't debut on HBO until 9-1-2012 which was basically 2 week before Martinez vs Chavez

so how again did Martinez duck GGG, prior to Pokska was unknown and fight guys like Lajuan Smith and Fuchigami in Europe. hardly the resume to call out the lineal middleweight champ.
