There were times where he looked like he was waiting for something but when he decided to go for the kill he dominated easy.

The hate Golovkin's getting is ridiculous. He just beat the living daylights out of a guy and people are having a go at him because he got caught with a few shots.

He's an aggressive but calculated come-forward fighter. When you bear that in mind, his defence is pretty solid.

Geale is far from elite and who are the others? He had fought nobody prior tonight other than Geale who is a very mediocre fighter with a shaky chin.

sadly it looks like it will be andy lee in the spring. WHY??? we've seen plenty of these showcase GGG fights already. we know he'll KO andy lee just like the past 10 guys. what are we waiting for folks? let's unify the belts!

Well some fans throw Wards name there. If I was his promoter I wouldnt put him there. Theres no way he beats him. He should step up to some better fighter before even mentioning Ward. I think hes overrated right now. Being from Montreal, we had a guy like him here. I dont know if you ever heard of David Lemieux? He was KOing every bum we threw at him than when he finally stepped up, he got ****ed. Im not saying GGG is on his level, but I dont think he is what people are trying to make him. I might be wrong, but Im not impressed at all.

Doesn't matter if he KO's his next opponent in the first round.(to the guy who said all will be forgotten if he does so his next fight)

Based on many of his fights i've seen and not just today, his style is ripe for a schooling, simple as.

His power will always give him a chance obviously, just as it always does with power punchers but if someone can stay away from that(easier said than done but can most certainly be done) he get's schooled to a decision loss, think Sergio and Ward would both be capable of doing that.

I guess a former unified world champ with a victory over Sturm is not an elite middleweight.
