P4P is fantasy so both lists are just as good (or bad) as eachother.

P4P doesn't matter, at all, only in terms of marketability for no.1...

I wish people would stop assuming P4P actually means anything. Maybe it did, once upon a time. But not today

        It should be:

1.) Manny Pacquiao (8th time world champ. Fighting the best out there)
2.) Floyd Mayweather Jr. (Ducking the best out there, waiting to get old)
3.) Timothy Bradley (Beaten piss drinker)
4.) Juan Manuel Marquez (Beaten Pacman by stepping on its foot)
5.) Sergio Martinez (Inactive but has great boxing skills)
6.) Mikey Garcia (Young and has a great boxing talent)
7.) Andre Ward (I don't know him actually)
8.) Yuriorkis Gamboa (I like his boxing style and skills but he's inactive for years)
        9.) Wladimir Klitschko (Boring)
        10.) No more.

OP: you should apply for a job at with The Ring magazine. You'd fit right in with those rankings.

For me the top 10 are (jmo, most of you will **** on my list):

                Floyd Mayweather Jr.
                Andre Ward
                Wladimir Klitschko
                Timothy Bradley
                Takashi Uchiyama
                Guillermo Rigondeaux
                Shinsuke Yamanaka
                Tomoki Kameda
                Danny Garcia
                Yuriorkis Gamboa

There are also some Russians you've never heard of that I would pick over certain title holders.

And then there are GGG and Lomachenko who could break through in 2014.
