Seriously, how in the world is Lara, Canelo, Stevenson or Provo P4P?
Prov, Canelo and Lara shouldn't be but Stevenson most definitely, he is THE CHAMPION of his division, he has beaten 2 legitimate top 10 contenders and avenged a loss. He is quick and powerful and come on leaps and bounds and p4p has the beating of many fighters across all weight divisions.

He's on mine, but I think there is a solid argument to have him on the top 10..There is also a solid argument for not to be on the top 10..Danny right now is in that middle ground imo..For me tho,he's in my top 10,he's done enough imo..He still has room to do more as well..

How else are Klitschko fans supposed to pretend they are the GOAT? You can't make a case for Wlad or Vitali. Wlatali Klitschko, though? That man's unstoppable.

If he beats Kovalev, then maybe bottom half, but until then no. Beating 2 legitimate top 10 contenders in one's division can make one P4P, but only if those 2 are REALLY good fighters. That's why Rigo is P4P. But Dawson was coming out of a devastating loss, and was never all he was hyped up to be anyway. And Cloud was a joke, plain and simple.

Totally disagree and at this stage in their respective careers, the Dawson that Stevenson destroyed had achieved more than what Kovalev has done to date. Why is the Kovalev win needed for a top 10 p4p ranking?

Stevenson has one of the best recent runs and on top of that, looking at things in a true p4p sense, there's not too many fighters I see can beat Stevenson in the the upper echelons of any division...let alone ten more.

But is he a more proven lhw than Dawson? Is he the lineal champion? Has Kovalev even fought anyone on the same level of a Dawson? Or beaten more champions? No no no, so no, Kovalev is not needed for Stevenson to be rated a top 10 p4p.

                      Simple as that.
