Garcia isnt quite at the level of top 5 p4p but he most certainly should be ranked somewhere 8-10

I think he has done alittle more than GGG, Kovolev, stevenson, and a whole lot more than guys like lucas, canelo, etc

Something else which people fail to understand about the p4p list, can the guy being mentioned beat other top fighters in the sport irregardless of weight? I think Garcia beats everyone at 140 and has a good run at 147 against guys like Broner/Madiana/Khan/Alexander/Porter/Brook, posisbly beats them all. P4P, he can beat a large chunk of talent higher than 147 too.

Garcia is most definitely a top 10 p4p guy.
I shouldve been more specific and said top p4p from bottom 3. That wouldve been more appropriate. I mean Canelo made it how the hell does one explain that? Garcia beat Holt as a learning fight, Judah, Khan and Matthysse. Thats more legit opponents than Canelo. I dont count Morales for obv reasons, but even he was a bigger threat than Mosley, Baldomir and Ndou lol.

          D.Garcia top 10 P4P? No chance.

Along with Bradley, he's the most overrated fighter out there atm.

His best win was against Matthysse, who was being dubbed an overrated hype-job before the fight. After the fight, people were acting like D.Garcia had beaten a prime Pacquiao. I like Matthysse and think it was a great win for D.Garcia, but let's be honest, he got some help from the referee that night and Matthysse's badly swollen eye also gave him a hand.

His second best win was against Khan, who was absolutely embarrassing him before his chin, which will all know is a bit suspect, let him down.

D.Garcia is a solid fighter with good physical qualities, but he's not a naturally gifted boxer. He needs to work on his head movement and footwork, he's too flat-footed. He'll never be an elite fighter imo.

He'd probably be at number 9 or 10 on my list since Floyd, Manny, Marquez, Ward, Bradley, Rigondeaux, Wlad, & Martinez are all above him. Not really sure who else would be above Garcia at the moment

Can't really argue with you about Martinez, but due to all his accomplishments in recent years I'd still keep him at #8 at the current time until he fights again. If he loses or gives a mediocre performance in his next fight than I'd take him off. But if he beats Cotto decisively than he'd stay in the bottom of my top 10.

                    1. Floyd
                    2. Ward
                    3. Bradley
                    4. Rigondeaux
                    5. Wlad
                    6. Marquez
                    7. Pacquiao
                    8. Martinez
                    9. Garcia
                    10. Stevenson/Kovalev - tied at #10 until they fight or if one loses before they fight

Than right below that I'd have Hopkins, GGG, Mikey Garcia, Canelo, Froch

In no particular order, I think Pac, Ward, Rigo, Martinez, Floyd, Lara, Kovalev, GGG, M.Garcia, Gamboa, Thurman, Crawford and quite a few others are better than Bradley and D.Garcia.

Based on ability alone, as some of those guys haven't got any big wins on their resumes. I know it won't go down too well with a lot of people, but it's just what I think.
