Would wins over Ortiz and Guerrero have made you happy? They beat nobody but Berto at welterweight and he was a raided up over hyped punching bag.
Why do you all keep talking about p4p? Who gives a **** it's a mythical ranking

If he actually fights a ranked welterweight not named Bradley or Marquez would more than please me.

Real rankings are who beat who and what have you done lately

Marquez was not ranked until he beat Pacquiao, nor was Bradley who. Got a gift....Bradley beat provodnikov who is not a ranked
ww and a 1 win 3 loss Marquez at ww.

It's been a long time since he beat ww not coming a big loss....Mosley

clottey were top ten but had losses in their last fight or right before that

If you are just discussing opinions that is fine but .....

Marquez beat Manny once and had a close fight previous to that at WW. On the cards, Marquez lost a close one to Bradley who is ranked #1 because of that win plus beating Manny. So Marquez should be ranked high. Maidana, Thurman, Garcia did not beat anyone close to Manny's caliber nor fought someone like Bradley yet. Until they do or if something else transpires along the way then it's hard to dispute as far as rankings are concerned since Marquez vs Bradley fight was not that long ago.

If you think a fighter who is 1-2 in their last 3 fights deserves to be in the top 5 in a weight class it shows who really has an agenda

Keeping it real is all i do, I dont get involved in all the fan boy bs most people do on here. I stick to my guns and the facts. My posts are 90% fact and 10 % my opinion whereas others on here its vise versaThis is keeping it real....Manny is not a top 5 welterweight. He lost to Marquez who is 1-3 at the weight. Clear losses to Bradley and Mayweather and a robbery loss to Pacquaio in the third fight. Experts, media, and myself scored it for Marquez, the third fight his ranking is a farse

Bradley is undefeated at the weight....what has he done? beat non-descript Abregu, unranked at welterweight Provodnikov, 1-3 Marquez at WW, and got a gift against Pacquaio who prior to that clearly lost to the unranked Marquez in their 3rd fight.

They are spending time fighting each other and un ranked guys when other guys are really making noise....Marquez should retire, he isnt fighting Manny I doubt he could beat Bradley unless he knocks him out...After Bradley and Pacquaio fight again they should move and fight real welterweight contenders

Pac is p4p as he outclassed Bradley, and was beating JMM before being ko'ed. Both p4p fighters.

Floyd isn't p4p as he hasn't beat any p4p fighters. He just beat Canelo, and now Canelo is considered p4p on the basis of doing quite well against Floyd?

But we know Floyd flatters fighters and makes them look better than they actually are.

Matchmaking has NOTHING to do with rankings!!! Its all about who the people who buy ppv want to see! Manny is the top ppv guy along with Floyd, Floyd is his own promoter and matchmaker and could care less about rankings! Arum puts the most colorfull ppv opponent thats avalible in with Manny.
I think the second Bradley fight is a dangerous fight for both of them.
I know Tim knows how he thinks he could win and the same goes for Pacman.
Manny in his prime can handle Tim but now its an even match up.
Theres no doubt it won't be boring like Mayweathers bouts (spar sessions)
I think Manny vs Juan is the best close out career fight for both of them with their biggest pay day but Juan doesn't think he can win or he would take it!
After all he won by KO, I don't think he thinks it could be done again or why not fight!
