The rest you can put in any order you want, they haven't done **** yet.
Name one top 10 welterweight PAC man has beat the last two years....one...this don't involve Ortiz...maidana beat broner, who was ranked....porter beat Alexander who was top ten, broner beat malignaggi who was ranked...etc..Thurman is lower top ten....PAC is top 5 higher expectations....everyone gotta earn it Bro

Earn what? Obviously him being ranked #1 was a Ploy to try and get the fight made by the WBC.... I'm pretty sure he's earned everything he's accomplished in his career. I'm also sure he was absolutely robbed against Bradley who is #2.. But let me guess you're gonna say "who did Bradley beat to get to #2" am I right?
All the other guys are at Golden Boy, so how exactly do you expect Bradley or PAC to fight any of them anyways? If you can use that excuse for Floyd not fighting guys then it sure goes the other way as well.

          since 2010 Manny Pacquiao :

Margarito at 150 above the WW limit against unranked boxer coming back from a suspension
Shane Mosley who was coming down from 154 and didn't have win at WW in 2years and 5 months
Juan Marquez who was coming up from 135
Tim Bradley moving up from 140 and only fought once in WW
Marquez who again Moving up from 140
Brandon Rios who never fought at 147 and only has 2 fights at 140

this is really the 1st fight for Manny Pacquiao against a boxer who just fought at WW in his last fight in over 4 years

as impressive as Hopkins beating Roy Jones in rematch still Manny lost to Bradley and Marquez once but my point stand 1st fight against a boxer who isn't moving up or going down in weight for over 4 years

I see that you placed guys like Maidana, Porter and Malignaggi above Manny.

Why are you not as critical with those other fighters? What did those other fighters that you mentioned do that would definitely catapult them past Manny? When ranking there are a lot of variables and while a loss often drops you in rankings, it could also be that it doesn't drop you that much because ALL THE OTHER FIGHERS ARE STILL NOT CONSIDERED BETTER THAN MANNY!!! Simple to realize that, no? Also, take into consideration that Manny lost controversially to the #1 ranked JWW and was doing very well until that KO against another historically well known opponent named Marquez. So what it does is elevate his opponents but not necessarily drop Manny. Manny could have dropped down a few more spots but when you look at the competition, all I can say, REALLY? No problem with a discussion but REALLY who would you consider better than Manny at this point in time at WW because that is a huge reason why they are ranked the way they are?.

Maidana? All he beat is Broner who really just came up 2 divisions and has a 1-1 record. And he beat another guy that beat a guy that was 1-2 at WW .... but Maidana lost to Devon Alexander the year that Manny lost his fights.

Broner? Broner who really just came up 2 divisions and has a 1-1 record.

Porter? All he did was beat Devon Alexander recently and fought a lot of lower level opponents before that.

Malignaggi? Lost to Broner who really just came up 2 divisions and has a 1-1 record.

Alexander? Lost to Porter and has not looked impressive in his previous fights. Oh yeah, just to point it out, he had lost to Bradley at 140
