Most of the people saying this fight needs to marinate are the same ones saying Adonis is 36 and doesn't have a lot of time left, etc


THIS is the legacy fight for both guys and this fight needs to happen asap, IMO.


Adonis keeps saying Kovlaev wants to fight him because he's #1... And that's true.... So why not defend against arguably the most deserving challenger to your throne then? (And unify titles in the process)

There's no clear cut number one at light heavyweight until Kovalev vs Stevenson happens. So right now both men can say what they want but it won't mean anything until we see the fight happen.
