There's no clear cut number one at light heavyweight until Kovalev vs Stevenson happens. So right now both men can say what they want but it won't mean anything until we see the fight happen.

Cleverly - was a paper champion and Silakh was ko'd by Grachev who was ko'd by Rodriquez who was humiliated by Ward. HBO needs to force these 2 fight or stop buying their fights against C level opposition. Simple as that. Yep it will all of the **** riders and fan boys are going to get disappointed when Stevenson wins and then after he wins they are going to throw shade on his victory like they did to Danny Garcia. He beat the big bad boogeyman and they couldn't deal with it that their idol was not as good as they all thought. The **** riding on this site is outrageous at times.
