Although the $40 million offer was not the greatest offer ever, it would have been the highest guarantee and the highest purse in Pacs career.

and for all the math experts doing their ppv calculations, dont forget that the cable distributors take about 45% of the ppv money off the top.........
That was a very fair offer if the fight did 200 million which is a big if then that 40 million would have been 20% of the revenue for the entire show.

And I don't think he deserved that I would have offered 30 million no PPV

That's called a low-ball duck move. Very typical of Floyd's behavior. Quacky quack!

There is no way Pacquiaos last fight only did 20 million dollars in revenue, do the maths. The gate alone was said to have been $8 million )yahoo sports) so what you are saying is PPV buys only amounted to $12 million worldwide.

If you count the international TV money paid so for countries such as the UK, Phillipines etc. That wouldn't amount to a few million if not more? HBO said Pac-Rios did 500,000 PPV, which is just over $30 million not bad numbers prob half the numbers Floyd did.

So far we have at least $38 million not counting international money and bear in mind Rios is a *****ty fight to begin with. Then count the guarantee from the Macau casino. I would wager it did about $50 million in revenue the tax paid in Macau is also significantly less than a fight in Vegas so imagine the revenue from the gate would be cut significantly less than any gate in the US. How much profit was made is a different story though, I would need more numbers.
your forgetting the fact mannys money gets split up like 5 different ways mayweathers dont why would arum say 20 when hes known for saying his ppv do better then they actually do

Floyd offered something manny didn't offer anything he wanted to fight Floyd in a charity fight with 16 ounce gloves for free?

Floyd and manny are not friends this is prize fighting manny has yet to man up and every time he fights his stock is declining while Floyd's is increasing!

Floyd at 46-0, 47-0, 48-0, 49-0. 50-0, is going to make a killing! With or without manny because his record is historic considering he has been fighting for 17 years

Do the math for me please. Pac owes the IRS $18M, and owes the BIR (Philippine IRS) $2.2B @ Php45=$1, spanning the years 2009-10.

How much exactly did he actually earn?

So you mean to say, Pac's taxes were more than he actually earned? His top purse ever was only $20M, you kidding right?

This is ******ed. Since Pac is under contract and TR gets cut out of the promotion, this 40m is for him to split with TR. They split at least that much for JMM 3, 4, which nobody really cared about coming up. And you think the price is right for the biggest fight of all time? GTFO troll
