Whether this is true or not true.....Floyd flat out refuses to use VADA. That is the most stringent testing around so if you are clean and want people to know it, that should be what you use......ya know, like Bradley does.

Floyd Sr and Jnr know he can't beat Manny unless he's juicing with USADA covering his back. Manny uses VADA who have busted a lot more fighters for PEDs than USADA has.

Keep in mind, VADA did not exist when Floyd Mayweather first began using USADA for Mayweather vs. Mosley.

And then consider why an elite professional athlete shouldn't go near an agency masterminded by a convicted PED peddler.

Maybe because he turned down 4 blood & 5 urine random test's spread out over a time span of 60 days from training camp to the fight night.

Both Mayweather and Cotto were tested a total of thirteen times each by USADA between March 7, 2012 and May 5, 2012, with eleven of the sample collections occurring with no advance notice leading up to the fight, and the final two sample collections occurring after the fight.

There's a recent article on FloydHype about how Paulie requested VADA testing with Broner, considering the jump in weight Broner is taking to make the fight. Apparently Broner and his handlers told him "if you want VADA, fight is off." They were literally getting ready to cancel a fight because the agency of THEIR choice wasn't going to be used.
