How big this loophole in USADA contract with Floyd and Golden Boy?

On May 20, 2012, a rumor filtered through the drug-testing community that Mayweather had tested positive on three occasions for an illegal performance-enhancing drug.

More specifically, it was rumored that Mayweather’s “A” sample had tested positive on three occasions and, after each positive test, USADA had found exceptional circumstances in the form of inadvertent use and gave Floyd a waiver. This waiver, according to the rumor, negated the need for a test of Floyd’s “B” sample. And because the “B” sample was never tested, a loophole in USADA’s contract with Mayweather and Golden Boy allowed the testing to proceed without the positive “A” sample results being reported to Mayweather’s opponent or the Nevada State Athletic Commission (which had jurisdiction over the fights).

Sounds something like more of a rumour to me.

All you have to do is read and then stop. The waiver is a rumor?

Meanwhile USADA posted several of his results vs. his opponents, with specific dates. And no other agency has done any of this publicly.

This totally needed its own thread

Cause, y'know, there isn't already a thread on the front page talking about this same thing or anything

In school they taught us look for keywords in phrases; and the keyword in all of this is rumor

This problem need to be address because somehow someone got away with that loophole while plenty of others paid for what they did. Its called unfair. Floyd to be fair to everybody only needs to do is to show his contract between USADA and Golden Boy.

Floyd Sr and Jnr know he can't beat Manny unless he's juicing with USADA covering his back. Manny uses VADA who have busted a lot more fighters for PEDs than USADA has.

                USADA: COTTO vs MAYWEATHER

There's a number you can call if you want to raise your concern about the rumor. Good luck.

Whether this is true or not true.....Floyd flat out refuses to use VADA. That is the most stringent testing around so if you are clean and want people to know it, that should be what you use......ya know, like Bradley does.

Floyd has injected xylocaine which is a form of PED and allows an unfair advantage

Maybe this is the reason why he won't fight outside Vegas
