Remember when Ward didn't want to fight bute and said hes going to 175?

Didn't duck. He said Bute should also have to go through the super 6 grinder to get a shot at the title, instead of beating Irish cabbies.
If Bute had beaten Froch, and another super sixer, no doubt Ward would've fought him, probably been forced to, but I think he'd take the fight anyway.Comment

Nobody knew that Wards time off would be so long. There where talks of a Bute fight where Bute even offered to go to jOakland, but Ward didn't want none. The injury was not the excuse. Ward just felt that he was so good that not even the no.1 contender was qualified.Comment

I would have rather seen a Froch rematch tbh..Anyone not named Froch yes your right he was next up..He still had done nothing at the weight..Hell at that point, his best win was against Andrade..A never was..Comment

And who in their right mind would want to see an immediate Froch rematch after Ward won so convincingly over a fresh fight against Bute who was knocking people out?Comment
