I see this as being a Luca vs Danny Garcia thing already all of you fan boys are gonna say Stevenson gets KO'ed and has no shot and then when Stevenson wins you will make excuses and not give him his props every single year you guys make a new boogeyman or a hype train guy and then they get exposed more times than not. This is a 50/50 fight and if you think otherwise then you really need to watch more boxing matches smh

Stevens beats Pascal once Pascal beats Stevenson, then goes on to beat an opponent on the easy side. Then closes 2014 with a win over Kovalev to shock the boxingscene idiots who just knew he would lose.

What if Kovalev wins? Will Stevenson be a bum? Will Kovalev still be an overhyped NSB hype job and the next "Mattyhsee" until he knocks out the whole division in one night and moves up to heavyweight to fight Wlad or any ranked contender?

Once this is finalized and confirmed, will everyone stfu about him ducking Kovalev and give him the credit he deserves? Whether he wins or not is a different question but I don't see any other lineal champs demanding to fight the most dangerous fighter he can find...except for Rigo. But most dangerous in his case likely only provides a small challenge for him.

The thing is Stevenson never even said that he don`t want to fight Kovalev,he simply said he wanted to fight Hopkins and Froch,because that`s what the fans wanted the most,and that if HBO put the money up to fight Kovalev,that he`ll fight Kovalev.But yet that idiot Max Kellerman who sold out claimed he`s ducking Kovalev.And other people on this board and on youtube claim he`s ducking Kovalev.Stevenson is not Ward or Pacquiao,this guy is willing to take on all the top fighters and is not gonna weight drained them either.
