No one is watching. HBO may want to show him, but no one wants to watch.

lol @ "i think it's sad...I wanted to see him lose on the big stage." If true, it's kind of upsetting but based on what the VP of HBO Sports said recently about the whole situation, I understand the dilemma.

Rigo will fight somewhere, and I'll find a way to watch it. He's not retiring.

arum did a terrible job promoting rigo's brand after the donaire exposure. he didn't seem all too excited with the outcome and practically set rigo up for failure.

Sorry but that's a ****ty excuse, UK fans travel across the pond to support their fighters. And what do mighty rigotards do? Nothing. They just ***** and complain

he's one of the best fighters on the planet, but if he's going to tank HBO's ratings [and people are going to leave the building,] he is not going to get big fights on the networks.

you guys really think GBP would put this guy in there with mares, LSC, etc? please be realistic. why shoot yourself in the foot by having two of your young mexican fighters get their doors boxed off?

This some bull**** if true. I understand the bottom line yada yada yada and boxing is a business, ratings, etc.

But it's a shame when you have someone whom is probably one of the top pound for pound boxers on the entire earth...and you don't even want him. I'm not a Rigondeaux fan per se but I appreciate watching greatness. And dude is elite.
