Well I personally knew Martinez was done as a top p4p fighter after the Chavez injuries. Not saying that's why cotto was willing to fight him but fact is, Martinez has been asking for that fight since 2010.

Prior to moving up to 160 and beating Pavlik in 2010 what good wins did Martinez have at 154?
