Did Arum build his special stadium for the Mayweather Pacquiao fight yet?

There's just no way in hell a dump like the MGM Grand could play host to such an event...

I don't believe people still think Floyd wasn't ducking.. Goes to show how loyal his fan base is... Everyone knows, it is so obvious.. 9 out of 10 people will tell you floyd did not want none.

The way of a fool is right in his own eyes: but he that hearkeneth unto counsel is wise. (Proverbs 12:15 KJV)

How long, ye simple ones, will ye love simplicity? and the scorners delight in their scorning, and fools hate knowledge? (Proverbs 1:22 KJV)

Speak not in the ears of a fool: for he will despise the wisdom of thy words. (Proverbs 23:9 KJV)

Its no point in speaking to these people.
Plain englinsh doesnt matter to people that are blinded.

Pacquio refused the unlimited steroid/PED test. Period
What else is to be said.
He was clearly consulting someone or else why would he give any static?
Why would he wait..(consults with his PED guy)...and then later come up with cutoff dates and sceduled test?
        Isnt it obvious?
Isnt it obvious if Mayweather didnt want the fight he wouldve just said NO to the ridiculious 10million dollar a pound penalty? People even would've agreed with him and said, "he's right, 10million a LB is a bit outrageous" but he said nothing. He made it clear since the beggining that all he wanted was for "Both fighters to take random blood and urine test".

But i guess this doesnt make sense to anyone, instead someone will say, "hey, learn how to write with proper grammar befor you comment.."
        Yeah...

There's a lot more to it. First off, highly unusual request. As was Pac's overweight penalty, but Floyd just came off the JMM CW farce. Also, these negotiations were dragging out, and Pac was gonna make his first run at Congress in April, a big deal for him, needed a fight done ASAP. They were also wrangling over test agencies, and not only cutoffs. Floyd was inflexible on USADA, which must have raised some flags with Team Pac. Subsequently given creedence by all the sketchiness around USADA and the Floyd coming up dirty rumors. Maybe lots of smoke and no fire, but lacking a lot of transparency.

But ultimately, couple of months after Clottey, right after he won his congress seat, Pac got back to Floyd with unlimited testing, or 7 days. I don't know which cause Floyd vanished when the roadblock seemed overcome. Left HBO Prez confused, where did Floyd go? On a lengthy low key vacation.

There was no need to be inflexible about USADA because USADA was the only option for random drug testing back then. VADA did not even exist! This is a fact. So it was use USADA, or use NSAC who did not do strict random drug testing at that time either.

The only issue was the cut-off date, and negotiations fell apart off that.

I remember it well, Arum wanted testing under WADA au****es but without USADA For one, they've never tested in the Philipines. Then WADA said, we don't do direct testing, we farm it out to USADA or whoever the local agency. So Arum wanted this run by NSAC using the WADA accredited labs. as they eventually did with JMM Bradley. Floyd didn't like that.

He said 7 days, so maybe not unlimited. I don't care, 7 days good enough unless the intention is to obstruct. Funny Floyd didn't deny anything, too busy packing for that long vacation
