Floyd didn't want the fight dude
he ultimately pulled his "no Arum" card when all else failed
after a couple yrs of Pac gradually bending, Floyd quit pretending
it will happen now and in Pac's current form, Pac can't win
and Arum already forced a Pac loss to try and build a new cash cow
it didn't work because EVERYONE knew what Arum had just pulled

I don't really hate Floyd, or like him for that matter. Always kinda brushed off the fight never happening to negotiation issues. But when you literally hand over your belt then taunt the guy on twitter, that's just inexcusable.

It was a big roundabout way of ducking Pac. He accepted 50/50, he accepted the $3 million penalty for every lb over the limit, he signed his end of the contract, all because he truly didn't wanna fight. Reverse psychology 101.
