They should rule against having these regular and super titles. It gives people the chance to manipulate the system. I don't blame Murray's team for trying to exploit it

Who, exactly, should rule against it though? The ABCs split up cos they didn't like each others corruption, rules and all the BS. The WBAs hardly gonna rule against itself now is it?

The various national and transnational governing organisations are (or appear to be) quite happy with the status quo, so quite simply there is no they to stop this kinda silliness.

There simply is no overarching boxing power to say 'wait a minute , that's Bulls#it' in a loud booming voice.

Martin Murray, although strapped with the WBA's interim-middleweight title, is not looking to face the full champion, Gennady Golovkin, in the immediate future. Murray defends his interim-belt on February 1 in Monte Carlo against Jarrod Fletcher. Golovkin is fighting in the main event. If Murray wins, he wants to target a rematch with IBF middleweight champion Felix Sturm, who some time ago fought Murray to a controversial twelve round draw.

There'd be a lot of money for him if he knocked GGG off his perch, a lot more than he gets waiting for uncertain Sturm fight. Even Sturm would pay him a lot more to unify.

You think so? He'd get probably 400k minimum for GGG, maybe more. Sturm is not really that generous unless you bring a belt, not that the Sturm fight is a sure thing. So not sure why you're not blaming him, especially since you favor him over HBO's favorite son GGG.
