middleweight has turned into super middleweight of the 90's early 2000s where frauds were running rampant and everyone was fighting bums to try and prove how great they were. ottke and calzaghe proved the were the greatest.

      Murray.... that's so sad.

Who says nobody is ducking Golovkin.

Murray said in an article he's down to face golovkin.... then he says he isn't targeting Goovkin because he knows he isn't getting the regular belt anymore.

      COME ON!
Obvious duck here and people will refuse to believe it

Who doesn't acknowledge that Murray is ducking golovkin, his 5 British fans on this forum? I mean first he uses visa issues as a reason not to fight golovkin and then he goes to Monaco to fight on his undercard? Wtf? And he's the mandatory, he doesn't even want a shot at the title. What the hell are we doing here.

All the article said was "quack quack quack". Reading this type of talk coming from Murray is very dissapointing and frustrating at the same time.

Of course us fight fans would like to see Murray/GGG but as far as business wise, it is a much wiser move for Murray. He can make way more money fighting Sturm in Germany and he has a much better chance of winning against Sturm then GGG. It is a win/win for him. Not a win/win for the fans but it is for Murray and his family.

Nobody denies Sturm being a great money option. If he could get it then he should.... therein lies the problem though....can he get it.
George posted about possible options over Murray and I agree with a lot of them.

Soliman, Geale, Barker (if he returns) and other lower end opponents for voluntaries.
Money is the last thing on Sturms mind and he makes off fine in Germany
