It was a good set up by Mosley and Floyd was lucky he didn't pay dearly for that mistake.

It also showed me that despite not being in trouble often, Floyd has great survival instincts. He held on to Mosley immediately after getting hit. A lot of fighters have lost fights because they were unable (or unwilling) to clinch to survive.
Yes, in and out of the ring.

Mosley just caught him with a huge shot he didn't see.

The one's you don't see are the one's that hurt.

He threw a lead left hook and left himself open to that big looping shot Mosley throws.

Was a great shot, a lot of guys would have gone over from that.

Simple, he didn't. "Hurt" is an exaggeration by haters to desperately display some sort of mortality of Floyd, but it's just insecurity, he isn't invincible, he's just that much better than everyone else. Mosely got him with a good shot but "hurt" is over the top. He was never in danger of losing or being stopped, that's what "hurt" is. Hurt is Tapia getting pummeled by Kirkland. Floyd recieves blows like the one Mosley gave him probably every other sparring session.

You can still be hurt and not be close to getting stopped though.

Floyd was most definitely hurt there momentarily, he wasn't close to getting stopped obviously but he was definitely rocked.

Just like the Corley fight, he was rocked but not close to being stopped.

I still think Mosley 10 years ago would've gotten the job done...that was a great moment in boxing. lol

Ten years ago Floyd would've been younger too. Mosley might not have landed that punch.

OP asked a simple question, and that's your response?

Floyd is not impossible to hit and that was still in the feeling out stage and Mosley to his credit got Floyd to bite then followed up and then followed up again really. Mosley is about the same size as Floyd and equally as rangy so Floyd thought he was safe but Mosley was able to come around and clip him, it is the same reason Judah was able to catch him he thought he was out but was still in range.

Having greater or equal ranginess to Floyd is a key to catch him, a good jab also is needed because that would make him react. Mosley was only able to make it happen once because he has a piss poor jab that can be disregarded. That may or may not win a fight against Floyd though because he is tricky, but it is a very good place to start.
