I dont want Floyd to retire. But ive hard enough of floyd being some charity case where people say Ortiz is a good fight for Floyds comeback fight. As if Floyd is allowed a easy fight and allowed to ease back in the sport as he has had a lay off or something like that.

Just fight the best people you are favourite against. Pac, Garcia, Bradley are all decent fights. If Floyd wants to think he is above these guys then he will have to fight guys of this or almost this calibre in higher weights.
Sergio may not be as good as Pac, but he is bigger.

So show us what you got Floyd.

And what was the rationale for Pacquiao fighting a non-welterweight, coming off a loss, third tier fighter like Brandon Rios? Oh yes, Pacquiao suffered a KO and has had a lay off. If there was another reason for this made-to-order opponent who'd done absolutely nothing at the weight and was on a losing run, please enlighten us. If it applies to one, why weren't you on here rubbishing that match-up? As replied, if you don't like the fights, don't watch them. Or pull on some gloves and show how easy it is.

People could state that certain posters write utter nonsense with every post so said poster should retire from the forum. The answer to that is don't read or respond.

He needs to fight Erislandy Lara at 154, or Pacman and Bradley at 147.

Lara or Thurman would be more interesting.
But they're big and slick for Floyd da best.
          He wants Khan or Maidana.
Floyd da best is fighting the best, as usual.

If BH thinks Pac is brave to fight Rios coming off of a ko loss why should i put Pac down for fighting Rios, who in Ring magazine is considered a p4p fighter alongside Guerrero but somehow you want to dress Guerrero up like he is top calibre or something!
Pac fights regularly and his fights prior to Rios was JMMx2 and Bradley so Floyd will get peoples vitriolic tongue and Pac will be admired. As its obvious Pac is a much harder worker than Floyd in the ring. Floyd only works hard outside the ring in training camps thats where Floyds hard work should be admired.

Always mentioning brandon coming up in weight like thats some big deal, when even Ray Charles can see Rios looked 2 divisions bigger than Pac nearly. Floyd is the best in the sport isnt he i heard but his fights dont reflect that one bit.

Hes legacy of failure and ducking is unrepairable. It doesn't matter if he continue to box or retire, it's all just a sideshow anyway.

I for one, do not agree with you. Mayweather is ranked no. 1 P4P by many and that alone is good enough for him to draw attention from all around the world. He is the man to beat right now and all eyes are on him (well, maybe not yours). So why should he retire? Because he isnt fighting the opposition of your choosing? Because he has a fight style that is not of your liking? Well, I think you are being selfish here because there are lots of boxing fans who want to see Floyd keep on fighting. I understand that Floyd has a huge hating crowd watching his every move but when you are top dog, it comes with the territory.

I want Floyd to reach 50- 0. When that happens, then I would like him to retire. Undefeated and Champion. One above Rocky Marciano.

lol It's funny that people love to ignore that. Hell, even vs Martinez I can see Floyd (wrongfully) being the favorite.

how can boxing move forward as a sport if we have fighters that are scared to fight worthy opponents?

scared cowards, cherry pickers, and bull shitters must retire from the sport of boxing.
