Not that Martinez should decide not to take this fight because of something silly like who's name goes first, but how does that not hurt Cotto as well if the fight isn't signed? To my knowledge he's aiming for a middleweight belt so who else is he going to fight. GGG is not going to happen let's be real and how does beating a guy like Peter Quillin enhance his legacy?

So if he wants to get another big payday, he'll agree to the small talk and come out on fight night and make a big statement.
I say, just let them gear the entire thing towards Cotto. He's still getting TV exposure, a name on his resume, and a big payday. What's there to complain about?Last edited by Weebler I; 12-26-2013, 04:21 PM.

Get the money, get the win and who cares about name, he's the No.1 when he goes home to Argentina.Last edited by SnakeVen0m; 12-26-2013, 04:22 PM.

Cotto can kick rocks....acting like he is calling the shots chasing after the champ's belt. You want the belt you show respect, Martinez can beat down Rubio in his tuneup fight instead of ending Cotto's career, take it or leave it.
