Maidana won't fight Floyd the same way he fought Broner. As Sergio Martínez warned, it is not an easy fight for Floyd.

Stop fantasizing. Pac picks p4p fighters who are champions and its considered a cherry pick.

I don't mind Khan or Maidana, preferred khan to be honest. But hopefully not at the expense of fitting all the other fighters he needs to fight before he retires. And its his threatening to retire that would make me criticise him fighting khan or maidana. Because it might be at the expense of fighting Bradley, and Garcia and Pac and Sergio and GGG.

That would have been like saying why would anyone want to see Holyfield face Tyson, didn't Bowe knock him the *** out? A lot of fighters who have been stopped are still worthy of and have had title fights, some of which they have won.

Marcos Maidana (35-3, 31KOs) has now emerged as a realistic candidate after winning a very impressive twelve round decision over Adrien Broner to capture the WBA welterweight crown earlier this month. Khan will give Mayweather trouble for maybe the first 2-3 rounds before Floyd adjusts and ends up stopping him. As for Maidana, I think he'll just outbox him in every round to be honest.

quick question why do people keep begging floyd to face golovkin but nobody asks pacquiao to do it?? floyd heaviest weight was 151 vs cotto and on the morning of the canelo fight he was 146 while canelo was 165. the man is made for the welterweight division, nothing else. canelo vs golovkin is more realistic , but golovkin should stop worrying bout floyd and go get his a ss beat by ward.

floyd beats khan and maidana the same damn night.

khan has the speed but will be outclassed by more experience and knocked out.

maidana has the power but will be frustrated trying to pin floyd on the ropes while getting tagged all night, its mayweather vs baldomir all over again. floyd by UD.

He's right about Martinez, at the stage Martinez is at Mayweather would easily be the favorite and would still get tons of praise for the fight. Mayweather missed a perfect opportunity to sneak in and win a belt at 160.
