quick question why do people keep begging floyd to face golovkin but nobody asks pacquiao to do it?? floyd heaviest weight was 151 vs cotto and on the morning of the canelo fight he was 146 while canelo was 165. the man is made for the welterweight division, nothing else. canelo vs golovkin is more realistic , but golovkin should stop worrying bout floyd and go get his a ss beat by ward.

I'd be more interested in a khan fight but he really doesn't deserve it for ducking Alexander. Would be funny if he is frozen out so will have ducked for a year for nothing

morales going 1-5 in that 6 fight stretch when he lost to manny was a top 10 p4p? hatton struggling getting rocked by lazcano before the pacquiao fight was not top 10 p4p material. cotto also had his face broken in half by margarito before fighting manny. whether it was legal or not does not change that fact that he got royally messed up in that fight. and considering how badly he faded after 3-4 rounds, you'd have to say that he was not in top form. it wasnt like manny was working him over, cotto was competitive in the first 3 rounds then just faded for whatever reason. even tho he was old at the time i'll give you barrera, but marquez and manny fought very close while mayweather crushed him. you can say that marquez was older by then except for the fact that marquez was even older when he knocked manny out cold so the age thing does not matter. which brings me to my next point, of the 6 guys you listed, manny has losses against 3 of them.

not turning this into a mayweather vs. pacquiao thread but you make it sound like those 6 guys were in top form when manny fought them. the only one who was was marquez...bradley broke his ankles in the fight.

And which one of those are considering cherry picks like being claimed?

The only one that's even considered remotely a cherry pick is Morales and even then he's touted as a good win by most.

I think he will pick Khan just based on the fact that he sat out that long to get the Floyd fight, and Maidana just fought and can wait until September.

If he ever fights Pacquiao it will most likely be on his last fight with the showtime contract.
