Khan's purse will be something like $6m. Mayweather will be gauranteed $40m or so and he'll keep all of the US PPV plus get a share of the UK PPV - probably at least 50%.

I don't doubt the fight makes a ton. But that article you cite with confidence is, well, trash. Nothing in that article proves that it will make that much on the basis of Khan. No data, no names, no research. Just promoter' talk. Actually, it's just a dude hyping Khan for his "redeeming" victories over Molina and Diaz.

You also severely overstate how well known and how much money Khan can generate in Asia or in ****** countries. Does anyone even know him outside the USA and the UK?

Remember the discussion is in relation to Erislandy Lara. I haven't overestimated anything. I'm just pointing out that Khan brings far more....FAR more to the table financially than Lara and you'd have to be playing dumb like Bushbaby to suggest otherwise.

I didn't really follow the Lara parallel talk.

But if that's where the conversation was born from, of course, in terms of Lara vs. Khan, this one where the business angle OVERWHELMINGLY is justified. Not a single casual knows Lara.
