true... but when has pacquiao faced a fighter that does the shoulder roll defense? And when has floyd fought a southpaw that can match his speed, has tons of heart (unlike judah), has power, is a pressure fighter and isnt going to gas later on in the fight?Comment

If only Floyd had weight drained Cotto or fought him at welterweight instead of retiring... but Floyd fought Cotto at his healthy weight. Cotto went on to win the lineal MW championship afterwards so it's clear he had to cut off both arms and one leg to make 145 for the Pacquiao fight.
im sure canelo was "at his best weight" as well... oh that only applies to ODH and cotto??? and I also fixed and added something you missed in your "rant"

EXACTLY!!!! This video EXPLAINS why the shoulder roll is INEFFECTIVE vs southpaws.... "but... floyd used his shoulder roll the whole time vs guerrero and ortiz... who are both southpaws"... exactly so watch this video:
Who ever replies to this about the video and comment... let it be about the video, the topic about shoulder roll vs southpaw please.

He hasn't.
When has Pacquaio fought a guy who can match his speed at all? Or is atleast very fast like himself?
When has Pacquaio fought a guy with the defense, skills and timing Floyd has?
When has Pacquaio fought a guy who is as gifted as him athletically?
It works both ways.Comment

You guys man... you always treat Floyd's weight as though there's a big con going on. Its really not complicated.
30 days before Mayweather Maidana 1, Floyd is 149.8 and Marcos is at 158.
The World Boxing Council has released the results of the 30-day mandatory weigh-in, which Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Marcos Maidana were subject to. They are going to collide in a WBC/WBA welterweight unification on May 3rd from the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. Mayweather (45-0, 26KOs), who walks around at 150-pounds, was only 149.8-pounds - less than three pounds away from the welterweight limit of 147. Maidana (35-3, 31KOs) was much bigger, coming in at 158-pounds, but with more than enough time to shave off 11-pounds. There will also be a seven day weigh-in coming up, where neither boxer can weigh more the 154-pounds a week before the fight.
30 days before Mayweather Maidana 2, Floyd is at 150 and Marcos is at 158.

So going by that, you already know the fight night weights will end up being about the same from fight 1 to fight 2. Floyd doesnt have alot of water weight to cut. Judging by the weights at 30 days you see his camp isnt about cutting weight. So he cant rehydrate that much after the weigh in. This isnt rocket science.Comment
