That's actually a really good question. Ummm Of course Castillo-Mayweather, Floyd-Maidana 1 and maybe Judah-Mayweather before Floyd pulled away.

487 pages on this thread and really only two things I have learned ...one, Floyd fans are blind sycophants who seem to appreciate the thuggish attitude, making it rain at strip clubs, of Floyd and the zero making him the best ever.....PAC fans seem to be mostly educated and appreciate the character of PAC as a family man, religious, assisting his poverty stricken country and his 8 belts in 8 divisions, something that has never been done before and probably never will be again...and at times some PAC fans can be pompous asses, such as myself....which makes me think...there are quite a few retired boxers without a loss but nobody else can claim pacs feat of 8 belts in 8 divisions...

I think the stark dichotomy between the two fans sets come from the majority of each group having different sets of morals and ethics which leads to the seething hatred of each other.....just an educated guess but I would assume more PAC fans are working class **********s while most Floyd fans are either on government assistance ******** wanting to milk as much of the system as they can feeling they are owed something...Floyd represents something they cannot achieve but a black guy that can afford to say fu to everyone else, is like a shining light in a life of crap for an underachiever...I would also offer that there are some true boxing fans that started watching Floyd from his early fights before he became the money character and do have a sort of sentimental connection and overlook his boorish behavior to support him....

Also, it's not a " racist" thing but my observations could be considered racial...if anyone has ever attended a Floyd fight live, you would see that his fans represent most clearly everything I just stated above...money is God, the boxer and the green and everything else does not mean ****...

Well, overall I would stand by that comment...maybe not reflected so much here where it' s basically a race to get throw out the most heinous insult at the other fans...but I think in the world of PAC fans around the United states, you won't find many 40 drinking , baggy panted gangsters cheering on the family man...I have attended multiple PAC and Floyd fights in person and at bars around the country and I guarantee you I could throw a payday down on my observations and win every time before ever stepping in the door...anyone that discount t'd my obese

I'm not a racist...it's obvious you don't know the meaning of the word...there can be an argument made that I could be prejudiced at times but racist? No...I don't consider any race more worthy than the others ....I also don't have a problem being honest about problems in a certain race that seems to be manifested in the majority of Mayweather fans...I challenge anyone to attend a live event either via the arena or a bar and prove me wrong...

The only things that Floyd needs to worry about are Manny's right jab-straight left-right jab/hook set up combo and his right hook counter. All the other stuff that Manny does for instance, like the lead straight left, then side-step to another angle will get nullify by, Floyd. He'll time/anticipate it well enough.

The worse thing that Floyd can do is to standstill with his lead hand down like he did against Mosley and give Manny the opening he needs to set up his bread and butter combo (right jab-straight left-right jab/hook). He can neutralizes that attack by gauging the distance with his lead hand and side-step out and turn instead of pulling straight back to roll with it. Manny knocked down Mosley that way when Mosley bent low and pulled straight back, but Shane did a great job of side-stepping and turning Manny in that fight, he just couldn't pulled the trigger to shoot the right hand more even when he several chances to do it.

Floyd only needs to fix some of his habits and i really do believe he can completely outclass Manny if he prepares well enough for all the things that Manny does well. Pulling straight back out to roll with a single lead power punch is not a bad tactic and it's ineffective for two-three punches set-up combo. If whenever Manny is ready to use the right-left-right attack, then Floyd will have to work on anticipating it better and keep his lead hand up to gauge the distance and side-stepping out of range. Pulling straight back out should be on his "Not to do" list for that specific deadly attack.

He should definitely work on offsetting that attack with a quick left hook counter or step in closer range to shoot a quick straight right hand counter down the middle, then side-step out of range to force Manny to reset all over again. He has to beat Manny to the punch and force him to only throw the lead straight left. If Manny is force to only throw the flashy lead straight left, then it's game over for him. Floyd has the footwork and timing to catch him and make him pay.

As soon as he's feinting and setting up that right jab, you have to establish your position to shoot over your lead straight right hand before he can throw his straight left. If you don't have enough time to offset it, then just bend low and side-step out of range and make him reset. Rinse and repeat. This is the best defensive tactic for that specific attack that Manny does. The rolling pulling straight back tactic will not work because it's not a single punch attack.
