Bob is doing that, to force Floyd to take this fight. Bob is obviously destroying Floyd's image in the public and he sees it, as Floyd's only choice to save his image is to fight Pacquiao.

So he's lying to force Floyd to fight. He may want the fight now. I just figured if he did, he'd stop lying because the constant lying in the media threatens to derail the fight.
