I think AB should take Floyd's advice and take his ass down to 40, or eben 35 and fight on Floyd's May undercard. Peterson would be perfect. Not a huge puncher, not elite skills, and has a belt. Plus, AB doesn't have to sell the show. He can simply win a "title" in his fourth division somewhat away from the spotlight. Then he can simply excuse Maidana as being too big and go on about his business and make the best outta whatever's left of his career.

HBO doesn't even think the fight will be made anytime soon
        http://www.************.com/2013/12/...l-happen-soon/

I don’t know that a Pacquiao-Mayweather fight can happen if Pacquiao doesn’t start putting up the solid PPV numbers that Hershman is talking about. He can’t expect to get a fight against Mayweather with him doing poor PPV numbers like in his last fight. Additionally, Pacquiao has lost 2 out of his last 3 fights, and didn’t stop his losing streak until his promoter Bob Arum matched him up against a down in his luck former lightweight in Rios. Let’s be real about this; Rios lost his last fight before the Pacquiao fight, and really you can say that Rios was also soundly beaten by Richard Abril last year. That was the fight that Rios was given a controversial victory in a fight where he appeared to lost 10 of the 12 rounds against Abril. Pacquiao needs to prove that he can beat an actual welterweight, and not someone that was pooled up the lightweight division to make him look good.

Actually all ya'll wrong because Paul Williams had got his ass kicked by Quintana, won the rematcj, and took his ass up to 54 to fight Verno Phillips. Cotto was about to fight Mararito. And Mosley had a headache.

I'm going to say this, the first thing I do is sit down an artist and ask them if they are sure they want the musician life..there's a reason that kid from Houston stabbed himself in the eye..everyone ain't built for that life. I can say about 90% of rappers have an alcohol addiction problem, and close to 50% have additional substance issues. It doesn't bode well for AB to be in that busienss considering he's coming into it with millions already in his pockets. If folks think the King, Arum, and Schaeffer's are bad...music has a million version of those guys. You can't be an athlete sitting on a bus 10 to 12 hours a day getting twisted and ****ing groupies. It's a recipe for disaster. Moving down isn't going to help, he's too in love with the music side of it..because he's the only attraction on the stage and in boxing he's only half of the equation. Until he grows out of that he will have issues at any weight.

The accounting group that Pacquiao hired to see what was up in his finances discovered serious discrepancies but Pacquiao, as promoted by Arum, cut ties with them before they could dig any further. Couple years later, Pacquiao has over $50 million in taxes due to the IRS and Philippines.
ok 10x the man Floyd could be. ok are we taking 'bout womanizer pac who constantly cheated on his wife, had a bad ******** habit then start to preach the word of jesus from a podium with a picture of himself as if he were jesus behind him. also forcing his team to follow him or they would fired. yup role model he is.

im not trying to be funny but you have a skewed view of what a real man is.
