The only thing getting holes blew all through it, is whatever is left of Floyds reputation as a fighter. The entire world sees him as a chicken sissy.

Yet damn near 2m more people paid to see his last fight than did paid to see the warrior Pac's.

I liked Paul but i was never sold on him. I always felt Cotto could beat him, i thought Sergio won the first fight. and in all honesty i think Floyd would have beaten him. however Pauls reach would have caused issues for Floyd. you know though that in order to beat Floyd you need a solid jab which Paul did not have, neither did Margaritto or Mosley. A solid jab, and a well timed jab is difficult for Floyd to deal with. which is why he had a hard time with Cotto ( who has knocked guys down with his jab) and DLH who was winning with a jab then stop jabbing and starting punching like he was swinging a purse. Some say he was gassed, others say Floyd got his timing down, depends who you ask. This is why I feel Pac would lose, he has no jab, and when he does throw it he lunges in, its low and lazy which contributed to his knock out against Marquez. No matter what anybody says about Floyd, he has one of the best check hooks in the game,piston like, if he times Pac lunging in the fight could be over, think Hatton.

Paul's uppercuts would've given the old Cotto style of fight fights...plus the reach advantage. Paul's biggest mistake was when he stopped using his reach advantage in order to fight more on the inside and paid for that shhhhh big time against a both sergio and quintana. Williams fighting tall was really a problem for just about everyone in that era of boxing. Today's Cotto with his changed style would be a problem tho...I've been a life long Cotto fan but the guy always had a knack for ducking punches by squatting down which always pissed me off and left him massively vulnerable.

You just mentioned the motherfk-ing Hawk..I'd give you a man hug right now...that mofo's career was a human highlight real of punching power..one of my favorite fighters to watch reels on..we can end this peacefully on that right there..you just made me get all fanboy tingly right now mentioning the Hawk. Na, I would say its a tie between that guy saying Floyd retired in 2008 to avoid Manny or that Taco mu****a reading me the riot act about how Manny's side has no blame and how he's all unbiased and all.

i agree i hated that shizz which i believe he gets from sparring with MMA guys. but I still gotta go with Cotto, back then he was i mean pressure fighter, body puncher, sometimes he looked like Lamotta when he put his head down and dug to the body. Thats why i liked what i saw in his last fight, even though his opponent was way over matched (though a bunch os guys on here said Cotto would have a problem, then said the guy was a bum when Cotto dismantled him) it was the first time both sides of Cotto was displayed his early, Aggressive body puncher mixed with his boxer puncher style.

I can't speak for others but I wasn't mad about pac rios because pac had just got knocked the F out prior to that fight . He needed a step down comeback fight
