IMO a European level fighter comfortable boxed the ears off another "propsect" in shaun porter.

Ive added him to the list, although bore fest of a fighter anothony dirrell tbf won the title off bika.

Brook looked impressive Saturday and I thought totally outclassed Porter. We'll see if he can continue with Thurman. I remind you that both are a level or 2 below Tim Bradley, who is a level under Floyd.

Lets not get ahead of ourselves.

your 3 best fighters potetiall could be gone within 2 years. Floyd, hopkins and ward.

Even if those guys win i can only relistically see ward fighting after 2 years...

I think whats scary is Americans not seeing the obvious long term decline of your boxing due to Estern block etc being tougher/more skillful etc.

Man op you are pretty ignorant. I'm from the uk and I can't believe I'm actually defending America but guys who make posts like this bother me.

Amateur pedigree I agree isn't that good in America however with the new rules being implemented in amateur boxing it will go back to 10 Point must scoring. This means that there will be a more pro style in the amateurs, just at a faster pace. There is also no headgear. If you look at the us Olympic achievements in the amateurs most of it came during the times where amateur boxing had no headgear and went under 10 point must. I will however admit that there is a slight decline in the work ethic of some, not all, American fighters. But that can go the same here in the uk.

I am a boxing fan personally. I don't care where fighter comes from, just that they are good. I may even (gasp) root for the fighter going against a uk fighter. When burns got outboxed by Crawford I didn't complain, I praised Crawford for winning in an opponents backyard. I'll admit the people at the porter brook fight chanting USA USA were annoying but it wouldn't be any different in the uk.

Like other posters have mentioned you will be banned for trying to cause racial tension. I swear loads of scots should vote for independence just so people don't group us into the British group that is slagging off Americans.

Usually it would be the other way around, I look down on Americans who use phrases like eurobum while defending Andre "there's no place like Oakland" ward. But I swear nsb has exploded with these guys. Be humble if your home fighter wins, don't make the situation worse.

Your premature elevation of European boxers because they defeat 2nd tier Americans is laughable. US boxing is in decline, not because of European fighters, but because of the shift away from boxing being as big in the US.

The best English/European boxers are still not really a threat to the top. Those that come over and fight the top level US boxers will continue to lose. Froch, Khan, Hatton etc are perfect examples of this.

              We will see.

Shawn Porter will run Kell Brook out of the ring if they fight. Another young gun from America on the rise.

Not a threat to the top, you barely have any champs from middle weight upwards and have not had a heavyweight champ since 1996. That is horrible especially as the heavyweight division is so "weak".

Wladimir is the most dominant fighter in the world bar none, he literally doesnt get touched. and in many people opinions hes a ATG,SOME SAY the best ever.

GGG and Kovalaev are highly likely to unify the divions with Hopkins and quillin getting outed...
